Due to growth within their organisation, a new position has opened up for a Product Specialist to join be the go-to person for clinicians, prescribers, salespeople and end users.
This is a diverse role in which you would demonstrate and train on products, provide support, and consult on the most suitable products for the right person.
You would specialise in a range of paediatric devices which include but are not limited to mobility, postural support, early intervention seating systems and many more.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Product demonstration, training and education of clinicians and end users
- Supporting the sales team across by providing technical expertise
- Following up on leads and referrals
- Identifying product knowledge gaps and creating the appropriate strategies, initiatives and programs to support them throughout Australia
- Conducting training and educational sessions for clinicians, prescribers and users on the product features and benefits
- Conducting user assessments and trials, and assisting with the conversion of these assessments and trials into sales
- Representing the organisation at industry conferences and symposiums
About You
This is an exciting role which blends your technical knowledge and training expertise to help customers achieve their desired outcome.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Ideally experience in paediatrics, occupational therapy or physiotherapy
- A customer-oriented work ethic
- Be highly organised and be able to coordinate product promotion
- Be willing to travel, as 50% of your working time will be spent traveling around Australia
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be culturally aware
