We partnered with Sapphire Group - one of Australia's leading manufacturers of high quality fragrant products - to search and place two strategically important marketing roles. Our engagement resulted in the placement of a fully qualified Senior Brand Manager and a NPD - Product Manager to provide leadership throughout the recruitment phase for the roles. The flexibility of our services meant our sub-contractors were offered permanent positions; one to fill a permanent role and the other a short-term / part-time project role extending beyond the initial contract period.

During a time of growth coupled with staff turnover, they needed mid to senior level marketers who were prepared to lead the on-going campaigns during the critical Christmas retail period. They required people who could start immediately on short-term contracts while the structure and people needs were being finalised internally.
